At Space Dog Coffee, we believe great coffee starts with freshness. That’s why our coffee is roasted in small batches and prepared fresh for each order instead of sitting in storage or on a warehouse shelf.

Our roasting partners carefully prepare each order based on customer demand, helping ensure every bag is shipped fresh and full of flavor.

Order Processing & Roasting Time

Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be roasted, prepared, and ready for shipment.

Our roasting schedule is based on customer orders rather than warehouse inventory, which allows us to prioritize freshness and quality.

Once your order has been roasted and packed, it will be shipped with tracking information provided by email.

U.S. Shipping

Orders within the United States are shipped using standard USPS shipping options.

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 1–5 business days, depending on your location and USPS transit times.

You will receive tracking information once your order leaves our roasting partner so you can follow your package’s journey.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including weather delays, carrier delays, holidays, or other shipping disruptions.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select locations.

International shipping rates are calculated based on USPS shipping rates and are determined by package weight, destination, and available shipping options at checkout.

International orders are typically shipped using the most affordable USPS option available.

Please note:

  • International shipping costs can vary significantly depending on the destination.
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs delays, import fees, duties, or taxes that are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Due to the nature of international shipping, international orders cannot be guaranteed for delivery and are not eligible for refunds due to shipping delays or customs issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.

If you have not received your tracking information or have questions about your shipment, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Space Dog Coffee is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
