Refund Policy

At Space Dog Coffee, every order is roasted fresh to order and shipped directly to you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns on coffee, tea, or any consumable products once they have been shipped.

That said, we stand behind every bag we send. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will make it right — no hassle.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@spacedogcoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Quality Issues

If you are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality of your coffee, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a solution, whether that is a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Merchandise (Mugs, Apparel, Accessories)

Merchandise items (mugs, apparel, and accessories) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used coffee and tea products
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
